bu99 Terms & Conditions

1.1 General Definitions

The following terms shall be interpreted as described in these Terms:

• Platform: The bu99 website and all its associated services.
• Member: Any person who holds a registered account at bu99.
• Account: A member's personal profile and fund wallet on the platform.
• Bonus: Any promotional credit or reward granted to a member by bu99.
• Wagering: The amount of bets required to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all services on the bu99 platform — sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games, and other gaming products. Additional specific conditions may apply to individual services and will act as a supplement to these main Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the bu99 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify a member's age at any time, and failure to pass verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may create only one bu99 account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person, household, or residential address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and the funds within them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is the member's responsibility to notify our support team immediately of any changes to their name, date of birth, address, or contact details. Operating an account using a false identity is a serious breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bu99 support team immediately.

3.1 Payment Methods

bu99 currently handles deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. bu99 may request additional documents for identity verification if needed. Withdrawals may be suspended or rejected in the following circumstances:

• If bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• If there is an active investigation on the account.
• If KYC verification is incomplete.
• If the owner of the deposit payment method and the withdrawal payment method are different individuals.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳22,000

To receive the bonus, the first deposit after registration must be made within a specified time period. The bonus applies only once per member.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the original deposit.

If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. The original deposit amount will always remain withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

bu99 reserves the right to grant or cancel any bonus. A bonus may be cancelled for any of the following reasons:

• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit.
• Breach of any other section of these Terms.
• If a technical error in bonus issuance is detected.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Cashback

bu99's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.2 Tier Upgrades & Changes

VIP tiers are determined based on regular activity and commitment. Failure to maintain membership standards may result in a tier downgrade. bu99 reserves the right to change the conditions of the VIP program at any time, and members will be notified of changes in an appropriate manner.

6.1 Fraud & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bu99 platform:

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Exploiting technical errors in the system.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.

6.2 Protecting Platform Integrity

Every transaction and gaming activity is monitored to ensure the smooth operation of the bu99 platform. If suspicious activity is identified, an investigation into the relevant account may be initiated. During an investigation, the account's withdrawal facility may be temporarily suspended.

7.1 Age Restrictions & Self-Exclusion

bu99 takes responsible gaming very seriously. No one under the age of 21 may use this platform. If a member feels that gaming is affecting them negatively, they may use the Self-Exclusion feature.

7.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep their budget under control. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; however, increasing a limit takes effect after a designated waiting period. Contact the support team to set or change limits.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

The bu99 platform makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, bu99 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted midway due to internet connectivity issues or a device technical fault.
• For issues caused by server errors from third-party game providers.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.

If funds are incorrectly credited due to a technical error, bu99 reserves the right to recover that amount.

8.2 Privacy & Data Protection

Members' personal information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality. bu99 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and data secure. Detailed rules on the use of personal information can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

8.3 Right to Close an Account

Any member may request to close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed and any remaining balance will be returned, provided all conditions have been met. bu99 may unilaterally close an account for the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.
• If bonus abuse is detected.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
